The K Desktop Environment provides a graphic user interface
with an integrated set of tools, including a window manager, file manager/Web
browser, task bar, editor, mulitple desktops, and most other features found
in a modern desktop environment.
Kernel
The central module of an operating system. It is the part of the operating system
that loads first, and it remains in main memory. Typically, the kernel is responsible
for memory management, process and task management, and disk management.
Keyboard
The main user input device. It is a set of typewriter-like keys that enable
you to enter data into a computer.
